Certified Reports, Inc.:  http://www.certifiedreports.com/Default.asp This one has mystery shops, merchandising, seat counts, inventory counts, etc. They are pretty broad ranged and are easy to work with.

IF YOU WANT TO BE A MAIL DECOY:
This is similar to Hausernet, except you do not have to save the magazines. You receive mail and call it in to an 800 number, and get paid postage stamps to do this. I am doing it, and love it. It is fast and easy. This is called Quad Readers. If you would like to hear more about the Quad readers, please email Jill at
jill.koeppel@qg.com with your information to see if she has an opening in your area.

Here is another mail decoy program. Most people earn about $20 a month. Just go to the following website:
http://www.hauser.inetu.net/
Once you go to that website, you can click on DECOY LIST, which will take you to a second page where on the left hand side is a search area.  Just put in your state and city, and it'll come up with all the decoys in that area.  If you don't see your particular zip code, then you should contact DAVE ---- david@hausernet.com right away as he'll want to use you as a decoy.  If you do see your zip code, then contact them anyway...you never know, they might need more decoys. The pay isn't much, only 25 cents per envelope, but hey, it's so little work.  All you have to do is get your mail, and if you have decoy mail (you'll have to contact the PO and tell them you're a decoy, they'll understand right away and allow you to get "funny sounding" mail addressed to you)  you go to the hauser website, and just fill out the form.  The form usually consists of the first and last name of the envelope that has been sent to you, a special code and the date you received it.....that's it. Those little 25 cent envelopes add up....

Here is something for those of you who can not afford two phone lines:
Hi. Some one asked about the "online answering machine" so you knew when you had a call. If you go to www.callwave.com you can download their program. It is completely free and once you download it a little rectangular box will sit in your corner when you are online. If a call comes through - it takes a message for you and plays it through your speaker. You can't answer the call since you are online but you can log off and call them back if it is important

ADDITIONAL HINTS TO GETTING MYSTERY SHOPPING JOBS:

1. I think it is important to join some mystery shopping lists such as mysteryshopper@topica.com   You go to http://www.topica.com/ and also go to http://www.onelist.com  You join these groups. (It is free) Put in the search word mystery shopper or mystery shopping. Then I would subscribe to the lists. I recommend getting the digest form, so you do not get so many emails. You will get leads from all over the USA, so it could be many emails. If you get a lead that is not in your area, email the scheduler asking to be in their data base for future shops. Tell them to please share your information with other schedulers. They may have something in your area next month. If you do see a shop you want, make sure to apply for the job and let them know if they scheduled it to please keep you in their data base. Make sure to write something positive about yourself, such as, detailed orientated, can do last minute shops, my good looks stop traffic, turn in timely reports, etc.

2. I would keep all the schedulers emails in your address book, and then email them toward the end of the month. Ask if they have anything last minute for the end of the month, and if they are scheduling the following month too. Always make sure to let them know to share your information with other schedulers.

I hope these hints will help you get many shops!!!
